2. Services

Sum Soma provides services including but not limited to:

  • Clinical Somatics

  • Pilates and movement sessions

  • Workshops and group sessions

All services are subject to availability and professional discretion.

3. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Misuse the website

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access

  • Introduce malicious software

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission

All content, text, graphics, branding and materials remain the intellectual property of Sum Soma unless otherwise stated.

4. Booking & Payment

Bookings may be made via the website, TidyCal, email, or other agreed methods.

Payments are accepted via:

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer

Full payment may be required in advance of sessions.

We do not store card details.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full

Refunds are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of Sum Soma unless required by law.

6. Health & Personal Responsibility

Participation in therapy, somatic work, yoga or movement practices involves personal responsibility.

By booking services, you confirm that:

  • You provide accurate health information

  • You consult a medical professional where necessary

  • You participate voluntarily

Movement-based practices carry inherent risks. You agree to participate at your own risk.

Sum Soma is not liable for injuries sustained where guidance has been followed appropriately and no negligence has occurred.

7. Disclaimer

This is a professional service, not a crisis or emergency service.

Session outcomes vary between individuals and no guarantees are made regarding results.

8. Children & Safeguarding

Where services are provided to children:

  • Parental or guardian consent is required

  • Safeguarding responsibilities are taken seriously

  • Confidentiality may be limited in safeguarding situations

Sum Soma reserves the right to act in accordance with safeguarding obligations where concerns arise.

9. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential except where:

  • There is risk of serious harm

  • There are safeguarding concerns

  • Disclosure is required by law

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Sum Soma shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss of income or business

  • Personal decisions made following sessions

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

11. Online Sessions

Where services are delivered online:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring a private and stable internet connection

  • Sessions must not be recorded without written consent

  • Sum Soma is not responsible for technical interruptions beyond reasonable control

All materials shared in sessions, workshops or on the website remain the intellectual property of Sum Soma unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Materials may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
