At Sum Soma, I offer support for people who feel disconnected, stuck in stress, or like they’re running on empty, and want to come back to themselves.
Using a mix of Energy Medicine, Somatic Movement, and Pilates, we gently shift tension and restore the connection between your body, mind, spirit and nervous system.
This work isn’t about pushing through.
It’s about slowing down, listening in, and working with your body, not against it.

I’m Laura, founder of Sum Soma, based in Shetland. I work with people who are tired of handing their power over to practitioners or plans that promise to “fix” them.
